These general terms and conditions of sale ("GTCS") define the contractual rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in the context of distance selling. They apply exclusively between the seller and the customer and express the entirety of their obligations. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of the GCS.
In case of doubt, French e-commerce practices and the Consumer Code apply. The seller reserves the right to modify the GCS, applicable as soon as they are published online.

ARTICLE 1. Catalog or online store
Products are presented as accurately as possible. Photographs have no contractual value. The seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Products are available while stocks last.
ARTICLE 2 Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are subject to change at any time. The prices indicated at the time of the order are binding. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Payment is due in full when the order is placed.
ARTICLE 3: Online ordering
Orders are placed exclusively on the site. The customer selects the products, validates the basket, accepts the T&Cs, provides a valid e-mail and delivery address, chooses delivery and proceeds to payment.
The seller reserves the right to block an order in the event of non-payment or anomaly.
ARTICLE 4: Confirmation and payment
4.1 Payment: the customer pays online by credit card. Transactions are secured via SSL. Data is not stored on the site.
4.2 Confirmation: a confirmation e-mail is sent. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be reimbursed. For any questions: ariane@matatie.com
ARTICLE 5 Proof of transaction
The validation of the order and the card number are proof of the customer's agreement. The data is archived securely and can be used as proof.
ARTICLE 6: Method of payment
The payment methods available are indicated on the site. The customer certifies that he/she is authorized to use the chosen method of payment.
ARTICLE 7: Delivery
Delivery takes place once payment has been confirmed. The customer must provide an exact address. Any package returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Delivery: 8 working days via Mondial Relay.
7.1 Delay: In the event of delay, the customer may cancel the order and be reimbursed within 14 days. Request to be sent by email or post.
7.2 Inspection: The customer must check the condition of the products on receipt. Anomaly or damage: handwritten reservation + email within 3 days.
7.3 Error: Any error or non-conformity must be reported within 10 days.
ARTICLE 8. Warranties
The seller guarantees the conformity of the products. The customer benefits from the legal guarantees:
8.1 Conformity: valid for 2 years, choice between repair or replacement. No proof required for the first 6 months.
8.2 Hidden defects: possibility of cancelling the sale or reducing the price.
ARTICLE 9: Unavailability and refund
In the event of unavailability, the customer is informed by email and can request a refund within 30 days or an exchange.
ARTICLE 10. Right of withdrawal
Delay: 14 days from delivery. Notification by email or post. Return at customer's expense, in original condition. Full refund within 14 days.

ARTICLE 12. Applicable law
