Our cookies and cakes keep for several months in their sealed packaging, at room temperature. The use-by date is indicated on each bag.
Soft cakes can be kept for 3 to 5 months from the time they leave the factory, brownies for 5 months, cookies and petits dej for 8 months, and chocolates, Matabilles, mixes and ingredients for 12 to 18 months. We guarantee a minimum of 1 month's consumption on receipt of your order.

Most products are packaged in individual sachets, making them ideal for storing. If you don't eat your entire portion, we recommend storing your cookies in an airtight box, away from moisture and heat, to preserve taste and texture.
