Damage and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
- Customized products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
As our products are perishable foodstuffs and the traceability of our products is crucial for allergic customers, products are not returned automatically. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us at ariane@matatie.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
